project description: morgan stanley smith barney developed this site to offer women interested in pursuing a career in wealth management the chance to share insights and ideas, and gain a better understanding about the work financial advisors do, the people they help, and the work-life balance they seek.
throughout the month our studio interviews the firm's financial advisors, developing profiles of these people—most of whom are women from all walks of life—who talk about their own personal journeys, challenges, and successes, as well as offer tips to the site's readers on how best to pursue a career as a financial advisor. in addition to posting profiles of the firm's financial advisors we also develop thought leadership articles from some of the industry's leading women career advocates. each of these profiles and articles are then posted to the site on a weekly basis.
the site's goal is to create a dynamic and informative conversation that helps its readers learn more about morgan stanley smith barney. and to see whether the firm may be the right place to pursue a career as a financial advisor.
